How to: Clear a tab.
Solution:
Use the Tabs option from the Format menu and select the tab to be cleared from the Tab Stop Position box. Click 'Clear'.
1) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Tabs...'. (The Tabs dialog box appears.)
2) Select the tab to be cleared from the 'Tab Stop Position' box.
3) Click 'Clear'.
4) Click 'OK'.
